Returns and Exchanges
Do you offer returns and repairs in-store?
Yes, if you purchased your item from one of our physical stores, you can return or request minor repairs directly at any branch. Please bring your receipt or online order confirmation for faster processing.
What's your return and exchange policy for a corporate order?
Corporate or bulk orders follow the same 30-day return window, but we may apply a restocking fee depending on the volume. Contact your account manager or our customer care team for tailored return assistance.
Can I return or exchange my personalized items?
Because personalized or custom-made products are made specifically for you, they’re non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or defective upon arrival. Please double-check spelling and details before confirming your order.
How do I make a return?
Simply contact our support team via email or chat with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once your package is received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
What's your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
